The Goods

All of the treats are baked fresh from my little kitchen in the Old North End. Using recipes I have compiled and altered over the course of my baking journey, jotted down in a coffee stained notebook (it might be time to replace that).

Local flour, butter, eggs, and cheese are stars of the show. We’re lucky here in Vermont to be surround by so many amazing farms!

Mini Sourdough

Naturally leavened mini loaves. The perfect size to hoard all to yourself, or break with another.

a buttery dough that is yeasted and fried and then devoured.

Bialys

Bagel dough that doesn’t get boiled and doesn’t have a hole. Topped with goodies.
